Inside the box
All of Logetic, in one place.
The box brings together the controller’s four functions. Your visitors are identified on site, without relying on an outside service.
- Authentication portalThe sign-in page, in your colours and your visitors’ languages.
- Account databaseVisitor accounts and their access rules: duration, bandwidth, number of devices.
- Log storageConnections are recorded on the box, then transferred to Logetic’s central Syslog server in Switzerland.
- AdministrationThe management console for your team or your distributor.
Architecture
Logetic sits between your Wi-Fi and the Internet.
Your access points and network sockets stay in place. Until a device is identified, it only sees your portal.
Box or virtual machine
Already have servers? Logetic runs on them.
Logetic also runs as a virtual machine on your hypervisor. You benefit from your existing backups and reduce downtime if something fails.

For the visitor
Connected in three screens.
No app to install: the portal appears as soon as the visitor joins your network.
They join your network
The portal opens automatically, in your colours. The visitor chooses e-mail or text message and accepts your terms.
They confirm their identity
They enter the code received. Depending on your settings: access code, directory account or a custom method.
They browse
Access opens and the connection is logged. Their device is recognised on the next visit, then redirected to the page of your choice.

Passing visitors receive a code, your staff use their usual account. Logetic is modular: it adapts to your organisation.
Code by text or e-mail
The visitor receives a one-time code on their phone or in their inbox.

Every connection is recorded on the box, then transferred to Logetic’s central Syslog server, hosted in Switzerland with restricted access. Logs are extracted by the designated administrators in the event of a court order.
